Child Development, San Jose State University
I was born and raised in Southern California where I always enjoyed an active, outdoor lifestyle. Working as a special education/adaptive PE instructional assistant in the public school, I became interested in making physical activity fun and accessible to all children.
I attended San Jose State University to specialize in Child Development, where I met my husband, Peter. Soon we had four children under the age of five and decided to homeschool classically. Teaching my kids to read, write, and serve the Lord was a privilege for me. After seven years of homeschooling, I was asked to join the staff at Tri-Valley Classical Christian School in California, where I supervised recess, taught PE, and became the office manager.
